Rugged tablet for field mapping — any favorites?

Trying to get off paper maps for land navigation and property work. Looking at armored tablets, but I don't want something that dies in the cold or needs a case on top of a case. What are you all running, and how is battery life in the field?

I run mine on a RAM mount with a hand strap and it's been fine down to about 15F.

Look for hot-swap batteries. The cold is what kills the cheap armored tablets, not the drops.
