Terms of Service

Pacific Vanguard Supply ("PVS", "we") is a searchable directory that lists military surplus, field gear, and tactical technology from independent third-party sellers. PVS is a middleman: we help visitors discover and look up gear, then connect them to the seller's own website to complete any purchase.

PVS does not sell, hold inventory, ship, or process product payments. Any purchase you make is made directly with a third-party seller on their own site, under that seller's terms.

Listings link to the seller's direct product URL. When you click "Buy on Seller's Site", you leave PVS and are subject to the seller's terms, pricing, shipping, and return policies. PVS is not a party to any transaction between you and a seller and is not responsible for the accuracy of listings, product quality, delivery, or disputes.

Visitors may browse, search, filter, and watch videos without an account. You agree not to misuse the site, scrape or overload it, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.

Regulated items, including night vision, thermal optics, radar/RF equipment, drones, and body armor, are flagged for review and may require sellers to note export or shipping restrictions. Weapons, ammunition, and explosives are not allowed on PVS.

Buyers are responsible for knowing and complying with all laws applicable to the purchase, possession, and transfer of any item, including export controls and local restrictions.

Seller accounts require admin approval and an active paid subscription. If a subscription lapses or is canceled, the seller's profile and items are hidden from visitors until payment resumes. Sellers are bound by the Seller Agreement.

PVS is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, PVS is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from any transaction with a third-party seller.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PVS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
